EAT (European Alternate Training) draws on the experience of its founder, Jarek Sklodowski. Jarek began his adventure in the fitness domain in native Poland. As a young boy he joined the Polish Union of Kung Fu where he developed his skills and discovered a passion for martial arts and personal health and fitness. In his early days he competed in numerous national and international tournaments throughout Europe. This hunger for success and achievement is what further drives Jarek forward today. He recently represented Poland at the International Budo Federation (IBF) World Open Championship in Kiev in October 2006 and continues to train like a Trojan! Jarek’s enthusiasm and innate interest in sport led him to study at the renowned Polish Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw where his extensive experience of Martial Arts and Personal Fitness were supplemented by an academic grounding in the subject.
Since arriving in the UK he has continued to develop his understanding of the human body and the positive effects structured physical activity can play.
Jarek established EAT system back in 2003. With his profound knowledge and in-depth understanding of the UK fitness industry, he has since achieved the highest Personal Training Qualifications available, a true testimony to his knowledge and professionalism. |
